How do I get started with GLOBEX?
Download GLOBEX from Google Play Store or add our Chrome extension. Open the app and tap Connect - it is that simple! No account required to start.
Account & Billing
Is GLOBEX really free?
Yes! Our free plan gives you unlimited bandwidth on every server worldwide, with no signup, no credit card, and no time limit. Use it as long as you want.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and Google Play payments for subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings or the Play Store. No cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
Is there a refund policy?
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Once charged, payments are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime in Google Play to stop future charges. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy and applicable law.

How fast is GLOBEX?
GLOBEX is optimized for speed. Our servers are connected via high-bandwidth links, and most users experience minimal impact on their connection speed. Premium users get access to our fastest servers.
How many servers does GLOBEX have?
GLOBEX operates 20+ servers in 8+ countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. We are constantly expanding our network.
What encryption does GLOBEX use?
GLOBEX uses AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by banks and governments worldwide. Your data is completely secure.
Can I use GLOBEX for streaming and gaming?
Yes! GLOBEX provides fast speeds suitable for HD streaming and online gaming. Upgrade to Premium for maximum speeds and unlimited data.
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe with GLOBEX?
Yes. All your traffic is encrypted using advanced AES-256 encryption. We do not track your browsing activity or store logs of the websites you visit.
Does GLOBEX keep logs?
We keep minimal connection metadata for troubleshooting (timestamps, bandwidth used) but we do NOT log your browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or IP addresses you visit.
Is GLOBEX safe on public WiFi?
Absolutely! Public WiFi networks are often unencrypted and vulnerable. GLOBEX encrypts all your data, protecting you at cafes, airports, hotels, and any public network.
Is my data sold to third parties?
Never. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Your privacy is our priority.
Troubleshooting
Why is my connection slow?
Try connecting to a different server closer to your location. Free users have speed limits - upgrade to Premium for maximum speeds. Also check your base internet connection speed.
Why am I having trouble connecting?
First, check your internet connection. Then try a different server or protocol. If issues persist, restart the app or reinstall it. Contact support if problems continue.
The app crashed. What should I do?
Please restart the app and try again. If the issue persists, reinstall the app from Google Play Store. You can report bugs to support@globexvpn.com.
How do I contact support?

Platforms
Which platforms does GLOBEX support?
GLOBEX is currently available on Android (Google Play Store) and Chrome browser (Chrome Web Store). iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux are coming soon.
What Android version is required?
GLOBEX requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher. The app is approximately 70MB in size.
Can I use GLOBEX on my Chromebook?
Yes! Install the Chrome extension to use GLOBEX on any Chromebook or Chrome browser.
When will iOS/Windows be available?
We are actively working on iOS and Windows apps. Sign up for our newsletter on the Download page to be notified when they launch.
